Product Introduction

This machine is used in electric motor, coil, and lacquered wire for electrical resistance use to be soaking in the varnish (clear coating).In vacuum environment soaking varnish  can make the motor copper and silicon steel gap does contact Clear coating. It will improve the mechanical strength of copper wire, insulation resistance, and effectively prevent short circuit. It also reduce noise, prevent motor shaking, extend motor life, and Improve the conductivity of copper and silicon steel sheet cooling efficiency,  It is suitable for general motors, servo motors, brushless motors, transformers, especially the high frequency, high efficiency motor effect is most significant.
